Goals and Objectives:
Values Education Department:
a) Provide free teacher's guides and student booklets for the benefit of at least 5,000 new kids and teens in neighborhood values clubs and Sunday schools every year,
b) Provide printed and a/v materials for the training and equipping of local government and church officials,
c) Start a Lighthouse Head Start Program using a specially designed values formation educational system for children ages 3-5 in at least 12 new villages every year.
Community Mobilization Department:
a) Gather government councils, local churches, civic and business leaders for a values formation campaign seminar in 12 new villages every year,
b) Conduct Teaching, Training and Equipping Seminars for villagers in 12 additional villages,
c) Enlist and train 5,000 new prayer warriors, teachers, cell group leaders and training facilitators every year,
d) Deploy 12 new teachers to 50 additional villages across the nation every year.
Community Building:
a) Hold a values formation introductory rally called Season of Reconciliation in 12 new villages every year,
b) Promote community benefit programs where Season of Reconciliation has been held: beautification, tree planting, container gardening, cooperative formation, political processes education, anti-crime campaigns.
